Successful Repair of Vertiv ITA2 20 kVA UPS – PFC Section Rectified
Recently, our team worked on a Vertiv ITA2 20 kVA UPS that had developed a fault in its PFC (Power Factor Correction) section. After careful diagnosis and repair, the UPS was successfully restored to normal operation.
The issue was identified at the internal power electronics level. Instead of recommending a costly replacement, we focused on repairing and rectifying the actual fault.
Our engineers carried out detailed troubleshooting, repaired the damaged components in the PFC section, and reassembled the UPS with proper testing. Once powered on, the system operated smoothly and delivered stable performance, confirming that the rectification was successful.
