Vertiv ITA2 20 kVA UPS – PFC Section Repaired.
Recently, we worked on a Vertiv ITA2 20 kVA UPS that is fault in its PFC section. After absorbing and finding the problem in its components, we changed and rectified the problem. Now the UPS is successfully restored to normal operation.
The issue was identified at the PFC igbt and igbt driver section.Power supply components also damaged.
We have carried out detailed troubleshooting, repaired and replaced the damaged components in the ups, and reassembled the UPS with proper testing. Once powered on, the system operated smoothly and delivered ups output from the inverter section. We do all model of Vertiv make online ups with components level. We do take AMC and ASC also.
